My story with wellness began in my late teens when I developed ME & Chronic fatigueĀ and after battling for answers for a number of years I eventually had aĀ turning point...findingĀ Pilates! That was 20 years ago and iāve beenĀ teaching Pilates ever since.
Like you, i'm quite ambitions and whilst my business has always been busy - i've opened and sold 2 studios and helped 1000's of women - I never really felt I reached my potential as a small group teacher.Ā I had a deep desire to help more people and widen my reach, and thatās what took me into the world of digital courses and memberships.
But as we all know well, embarking on any new business or personal direction can be a bumpy road, and it certainly was for me! Iāve had failed products,Ā masterclasses with no sign ups, clients I didnāt resonate with and the dread of thinking up yet another social media post that no one will see!
Turns out, much like where you are now, I just needed some help, support and a clear direction to get my online business to replicate the success of my in-person classes.Ā
